Bijou Restaurant & Bar offers classic, contemporary and signature cocktails, eclectic beers and an exciting wine list. Our seasonal cocktail lists turn to the classics for inspiration and to the kitchen for new and interesting flavors. We pride ourselves on having something for everyone, but we promise that you won't find artificially sweetened or over-diluted drinks. We believe in simplicity and balance and in not hiding the special flavor of the main ingredient.
Bijou Restaurant & Bar's beverage specializes in creative mixology that bridges the gap between the kitchen and the bar, the past and the present. Taking fresh, seasonal produce and locally distilled, artisan spirits, Bijou's talented and passionate bar staff brings each of our guests on a cocktail journey that mixes the rich history of the cocktail with today's more "culinary" approach to the bar.
